Great place to go if you have a good sweet tooth.

Recommended to me by a local. Cute little place, all the staff were happy and helpful. Donuts and pastries are delicious!

Soooooo good. A must have. Gingerbread Men!!! If you like bologna its a must and deviled eggs. Very inexpensive!

Do not go there hungry. You'll go broke! The aroma alone will add an inch to your waistline. But seriously, this is a real full service bakery with the best rolls, cakes, pies, and pastries. Every day or special occasions, skip the grocery store garbage and go to Burke's.

This place is for sure worth the trip from creme horn to peanut butter silk pie everything I've had here was amazing

It’s a known fact it’s a sin not to stop at Burke’s if you’re in Danville , who’s been in business forever ! Large variety , good prices and delicious ! Friendly and helpful employees! And seasonal special treats! But I cannot give them five stars because for the past several years , other than their petit fours, their chocolate cakes, ANY size cake, are extremely dry! The icing is to die for, but the chocolate cake is way too dry and uneatable . The white cakes and angel food cakes are always moist! No complaints on any of their other heavenly treats! I love Burke’s ! Please fix your cardboard dry Chocolate cakes!!

Always a must-stop in the Danville area

A must every time I go to Danville. Those spice bars and rolls... Pure heaven.

This is my favorite bakery. My family has gone here since I was a kid and bought several Birthday cakes from Burke’s. It is hard to pick a favorite item here and we normally leave with a variety of cookies and pastries. My favorites are their yeast rolls and the gingerbread men. I always pick up a few gingerbread men to eat. They seal them in a very deep bag so they cannot run away before being eaten. See my last one still captured. Smile at me all you want mister gingerbread man, it will not change your fate! Yummy!

Some awesome baked goods here! Been in business a long time! We stop here for fresh doughnuts when ever we are in town!

This bakery has the best donuts I have ever eaten. I don't live in KY anymore but make sure to stop here everytime I am in town!

I saw a rainbow while running at Millennium Park and decided to see where it would lead and low and behold Burke's Bakery is what I found at the end full of treasure! I decided to grab a few donuts and a coffee. I picked the cinnamon roll donut and the small glazed twist. To top it all off it was only $1.50 total! This place is worth every penny and then some.

I stop in here whenever I can to purchase a couple dozen ginger chews for a friend. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've not tasted too many of their other offerings but donuts seems fairly standard, compered to other bakeries I have visited.

The chocolate pies are awesome and under 7.00 bucks My mom specifically ordered two for visit to Kentucky lol

Delicious cakes, cookies, donuts, and the like. Friendliest most helpful staff. My three daughters absolutely loved picking out their own cookies, and I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost of such a wonderful treat for them. We also got some of Burke's Salt Rising Bread. If you haven't tried, do. It's fantastic.

Any time I come visit family I gotta stop in. Better than any bakery we have in NY.

Food is delicious and deserves 5 stars! Employees deserve 0 stars..counter manners are terrible, they clearly hate their job and definitely make you not want to come back.

I love this place. I am from Louisville and stayed in Danville for a month while working for the GSP. The staff is so friendly and the baked goods are INCREDIBLE. Since I've left Danville, I've missed their cookies so much. I am having a friend bring me Burke's to Louisville today and am so excited. Visit this store, you won't regret it!

Went in for the first time and walked out with a arm load of donuts. Place has amazing selection and you can't beat the pricing! I will definitely be back for another cinnamon roll!

What makes Burkes good is they have no real competition, in a rural community, If want a Great 🍩, your gonna have to try Frank's or Mikes, in Georgetown, There's absolutely no comparison,

I have always loved this place when I was a kid and now as a adult. One thing I always remember is the Gingerbread man my mom and dad always bought me and my brother. And now I take my kids so they can enjoy the Gingerbread man.

These doughnuts are super delicious and cheap. Staff was very friendly. 10/10 do recommend!
